The BL190 is an industrial‑grade Modbus TCP EdgeIO controller from BLIIOT, integrating remote programmability, data acquisition, and logic control. Background: A food packaging factory had an automated filling line with 8 machines (filler, sealer, labeler, case packer, etc.). Each machine had its own PLC and discrete I/O. Production data (counts, faults, machine status) could not be monitored centrally.
